Working as a true 'Business Partner' you will be the primary HR interface with the business and will manage the HR relationship with the business to support them in the pursuit of their objectives and overall strategy.
Specifically, you will;
• Identify issues and trends and initiate projects across the full spectrum of HR activity
• Apply expertise and knowledge to maximise the potential of the human resource within a strategic context
• Initiate, influence and drive significant change programmes
• Successfully deliver high quality HR activity throughout the business at a senior level
• Input, drive and assist the implementation of both HR and organisational initiatives
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate with a broad generalist HR background and the ability to create positive working partnerships and combine strategic thinking with hands-on HR support. You have a professional and consultative approach that will allow you to communicate and influence effectively at senior levels. A proven track record in ER issues, retention, succession planning, reward, change management, coaching, advising and supporting line managers on HR issues is required. You are proactive with the ability to maintain performance in a constantly changing environment and when under pressure.
