The HR Advisor role will provide a 'first point of contact' for both individuals and managers requiring advice, support, guidance and training on people management issues. They willco-ordinate and at times lead on, HR based project activities as and when required to up to 350 employees over the South.
Who we're looking for
• You will be comfortable supervising a small team
• You will have working knowledge of one functional area through job experience & training
• You will be ataminimum part CIPD qualified
• You will have agood understanding of the consultation processes
• You will bea strong relationship builder
• You willhave excellent business awareness
