Your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing all aspects of your hotel
• Efficiently overseeing strategic planning, sales and marketing
• Handling budgeting and forecasting
• Instilling a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensuring staff are constantly motivated and enthusiastic

• Successful management experience in hospitality, retail or leisure
• Previous marketing experience and good budgeting skills

• Excellent brand awareness and outstanding organisational skills
• The ability to build a strong rapport with guests
• A real desire to exceed expectations

What's on offer
Basic salary of £25000 - £26000 plus up to 100% bonus plus package.
