This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a senior finance professional to work within a high profile charity in central London. Responsible for Finance, Audit and Risk across the organisation, it is a challenging and complex financial
environment that demands business acumen. This key post will work as part of the Senior Management Team to deliver a strategy that has firm financial foundations as well as long term vision.

Leading a Finance Division of 20 staff and managing a turnover of £50m, this post offers an exciting challenge to engage in strategic financial operations, raise the profile of the finance function and create a shared vision for finance. Opportunity exists to reshape financial structures and drive through efficiencies and value for money across Shelter.

Who we're looking for
You must have strong management and leadership skills with experience in change management. A fully qualified
accountant with significant senior financial management experience, you must have the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels, using excellent communication skills to manage staff effectively, while strengthening non-financial relationships throughout the organisation.
