The right candidate will have at least two years HR administration skills in a professional or financial services background. You will be bright, alert and proactive, as you will have to use your own initiative. Experience of the on boarding process, policies and procedures, and recruitment. You will also poses great attention to detail.You should be used to being the point of contact for HR enquiries to the business and you will be working on ad hoc projects as an when needed.
Who we're looking for
• Two years minimum HR administration
•Good excel skills for MIS reporting such as headcount, absence management and ad hoc reports.
• Be proactive and posses great attention to detail.
• Be able to support the HR BP and work unsupported
