As the Estates and Facilities Manager you will be responsible for a sizable mixed use estates portfolio across the West Midlands. You will be responsible for managing both a small in house team and out sourced contractors. It will be your role to monitor and regulate the PPM schedules and where necessary re-tender for areas which are not achieving the SLAs.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Estates and Facilities Manager will have the relevant qualifications preferably BIFM and be able to develop strong partnerships with contractors to ensure smooth running of the estates. The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently and have a good general understanding of managing both hard and soft service. You will also have the ability to interact confidently at all levels.

What's on offer
