The key purpose of the role is to provide overall Human Resources support to the business in the United Kingdom and to enhance business/functional performance through appropriate advice and facilitation of robust, integrated people management strategies and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:
Support key clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives through appropriate advice/interventions.
Co-ordinate and influences the development of a performance culture through effective development of people.
Integrates Human Resources products to provide business solutions.
Facilitates group interventions to solve business problems.
Developing Human Resources practices that act as strategic differentiators.
Coaches and guides senior managers on people practices, e.g. People development, playing to strengths.
Facilitates talent management and other global processes.
Who we're looking for
Needs to have exposure to working in a similar Human Resources Relationship role.
Needs to understand and have previous exposure to all aspects of generalist Human Resources work, including working with Human Resources data, performance and reward management, talent development, resourcing and engagement. Ideally this candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law and ideally a post graduate qualification in Human Resources.
Assertive, tenacious and willing to challenge when required.
Highly driven, setting stretching goals for self, and continually pushing for results
