Reporting to the Reward Manager, based in Central London, you will provide support to the business around all reward, compensation and benefits activity. Key responsibilities will include: pay review and bonus processes, salary benchmarking, development of the flexible reward program, develop monthly reward reportsand managenewpartnerships for the organisation .
Who we're looking for
The successful Reward officer, will ideally be CIPD qualified and have gained reward experience within a large organisation. Further, you will :
*be highly analytical
*possess excellent attention to detail
*be proficient in excel and have ideally used modelling tools in the past
*be a team player, and possess excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
Retail sector experience ideal but not necessary.
