Temp ⁄ 3 months. £17 per hour.

Our client, based in the Thames Valley region is looking for an HR Officer to complete the following duties:
• Assistance with the development and review of employment policies/procedures.
• Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters and other contractual paperwork as required.
• Managing the relationship with the Payroll provider to run the monthly payroll and all related payroll reports including, end of year reports.
• All administrative duties relating to employee relations, recruitment, and training.

Who we're looking for
The successful HR Officer will possess the following qualities:
• A generalist background.
• Up to date understanding of employee relations.
• An understanding of the recruitment process.
• Good administrative qualities.

Our client is a software company based in the Thames Valley region.
