Interim HR Manager

We are looking for an interim HR Manager to work in our Cheshire basedFinancial Services client for a period of approximately 3 months. This is a varied operational role with a strong employee relations focus and will involve the following duties;
- Provision of advice to line managers regarding absence management, d&g, lateness etc
- Policy review and implementation
- Contract review and possible harmonisation of terms & conditions
- Recruitment
- Ad hoc project work

Who we're looking for
You must be available to start at short notice andbe able to commit to the timeframe of the assignment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential coupled with a professional, commercial and pragmatic approach. This is a busy working environment so ideally you will have worked in, or led abusy HR team. Financial services or contact centre experience is beneficial although not essential.
