The HR Business Partner will ensure reward & compensation is appropriately managed and differentiated, identify, develop and implement creative, leading edge HR solutions that are aligned to business priorities, partner with business leaders in maintaining and monitoring the Group Standard, identifying potential breaches in standards and initiating action to address these, take accountability for compliance within Business Areas for relevant HR processes / policies and FSA regulatory requirements in partnership with Business Leaders, ensure data and processes are accurately recorded, and enabling relevant and up to date MI to be available at all times.

Who we're looking for
• Strong generalist HRBP experience across all HR disciplines preferred, including Performance Management & Development, Talent Management & Leadership Development, Employee Relations & Engagement, Reward & Resourcing, Organisational Development.
• Proven track record of HR Business Partnering at both a strategic and operational level.
• Prior experience of HR systems, process and policies - either from within Barclays or from a similar external working environment.
• Ability to build and maintain credibility and trust quickly with senior stakeholders and to be able to communicate complex issues simply and compellingly to clients.
• Experience of coaching and influencing senior leaders and facilitating senior teams.
Commercial and pragmatic focus.
• Creative thinker, willing to challenge status quo and be a catalyst for change.
• Strong team player, with a 'can do' attitude, approachable, responsive and delivery focussed.
• Graduate calibre with CIPD or equivalent
