The successful PA will be responsible for co-ordinating both director diaries, arranging travel on a national and international level, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, filter telephone enquiries, liaise with external agencies and senior managers. Other duties will include maintaining filing systems, databases and records, preparing agenda for meetings, taking minutes and also producing PowerPoint presentations and overheads.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will beskilled within the following key areas;
Be proficient in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
Have previous PA/Secretarial experience<BR>Be able to work well within a team environment
Be able to prioritise and work well under pressure
Have strong Copy typing & Audio Typing Skills
