An excellent candidate is required for a Local Government organisation. You will be required to:
- Support the achievement of the Investment and Target Group's objectives, to implement organisational vision through joint investment plans and target setting and to support the systematic changes that are required to carry out the West London Working programme;
- Coordinate interaction between Providers, Local Authorities and business representatives and the Investment and Target Group;
- Develop a feedback process that will inform the Investment and Target group of demand for new or additional 'worklessness' services or to identify duplication of West London's worklessness services;
- Interpret West London economic trends and provide guidance and recommendations for the Investment and Target Group and wider stakeholders as to skills shortages and forecast skills growth areas;
- Liaise with Local Authority, sub regional and Regional Economists to collate existing data at a sub regional level and develop a sub regional databank to inform decision making.

Who we're looking for
As the right candidate you must have:
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets and collating and organising data from a variety of sources in a variety of formats;
- An understanding of the skills and employment arena;
- 12 months Project Management, with a track record of rolling projects;
- Detailed knowledge and experience of statistics and data analysis.
