As the interim Facilities Manager it will be you responsibility to assist the Estates / Facilities Director with restructuring and re-establishing the departments operational activities within the organisation. You will be reviewing the efficiency of existing functions and use your knowledge to enable best practice across the Facilities department. This will be an ongoing assignment whist the outlines of a more permanent position are established within the organisation.

Who we're looking for
The ideal interim Facilities and Estates Manager will have the ability to effectively problem solve working on your own initiative. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills to enable you to create effective external relationships for out-sourced services, as well as communicating at a senior level to report on progress.
