This recently created role will allow you to shapeand drive an innovative people strategy in an organisation that is making some exciting changes. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be immersed in a fully generalist role.
Key areas of focus will be;
• Building a leading edge HR Service to all internal customers.
• Embedding an appraisal and competency framework fit for purpose.
• Review and implement reward and flexible benefits .
• Senior management development and coaching.
• Establish a talent and succession strategy.
• Review and enhance all procedures including recruitment and employee relations.
• Inspiration and motivation of a team of 5.
Who we're looking for
To be considered you will currently be operating at a senior level in a similar organisation where HR operates an impeccable service for its customer, ideally within a blue chip / branded organisation. Professional Services experience will be an obvious advantage.
You will be a generalist by trade and have a significant skill set in shaping and leading innovative people solutions for an ambitious organisation. In turn you will be comfortable engaging at the most senior level and making sound commercial decisionslinking that add real value to the business and employee.
