A central player in our Commercial Division, you'll work alongside senior management to define
our marketing strategy, at both a corporate and product level, and ensure its effective delivery
and implementation. This will involve everything from managing the communication of the
corporate brand to developing advanced digital marketing capabilities. Empowering and
developing your team will also be key, as will fostering a marketing culture across the Group.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a genuine strategic marketing heavyweight; someone who combines the
creativity and commercial vision to make the most of the freedom we'll give you to make a lasting
impact.Your background in STM publishing will include experience of cross-product planning and
promotion, as well as budget management and revenue stream analysis. A thorough knowledge of
online marketing, from both a technical and strategic perspective, will also be crucial, as will your
ability to deliver concrete results and optimise ROI.
