The role of the Senior Operations Manager will be overseeing the organisations activities on a national basis and provide guidance and support to the Contracts Managers in each of their locations. In this role you will be the main link between the external clients and the organisation ensuring that SLA's are monitored and that the profitability of the accounts are effectively managed.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Senior Operations Manager will have a proven ability to develop and manage large scale accounts at a strategic operational level. You will have a 'can do' attitude and be proactive in the development of your people and the on going success of the client relationships. You will be able to identify areas for improvement and drive existing accounts forward as well as develop opportunities with new clients.
