The position of Facilities Project Manager in the West Midlands is an integral part of the organisations Business Development Team and is responsible for collating information from both within the organisation and out side to support the pre tender and bidding process.
You would need the ability to source the required information to support the FM arm of the business in their total solutions packages.This role will involve interaction across all areas of the organisation at a senior level as well as being client facing. A large portion of this role will be in the PFI sector and this position would be an ideal opportunity to become involved in this area without having prior experience.
Who we're looking for
In order to be successful in the role of Facilities Project Manager you will need to have a good operational understanding of facilities management across an number of sectors and have the ability to match solutions to the client needs. It is essential that you have good communication skills and the gravitas to lead a project, whist being open to suggestion through engagement within all aspects of the business.
