The Head of HR will focus on leading the HR function both strategically and operationally. Key projects will include;
• Develop and maintain a recruitment and resourcing strategy and to ensure that the company is able to attract, retain and motivate staff.
• Advise and coach operations managers and senior managers about performance development and actions required to ensure that the company makes the best use of its employees.
• Develop a learning organisation by creating and maintaining core training programmes including succession planning & management development.

• Able to maintain the creditability of the HR function.
