The main responsibilities of this role are:
• To introduce new processes including the purchasing of new equipment
• Assist in new product quotations and new process quotations
• Manage and improve labour and material efficiency , through process development, and help with the elimination of waste and non-value-adding activities.
• Support customer and business development activity.

Who we're looking for
Skills that will be required for the role:
• You will have good problem solving skills and experience in root cause analysis.
•Have excellent communication skills
• The ideal candidate will have experience in driving continuous improvement
