Based in Nottingham our client has a strong portfolio and excellent links with local business. This excellent opportunity will require you to:
• Assist more experienced personnel as requested, taking ownership of those aspects of the transaction for which he/she has accepted responsibility.
• Write concise, logical and articulate draft documents which demonstrate a strong commercial understanding and are factually correct.
• Demonstrate control of workload, and communicates with colleagues such that all client requirements are dealt with on a timely basis and work is prioritised effectively.
• Develop good working relationships with clients and professional contacts such that they are comfortable using him/her as their main point of contact on day to day matters.
• Contribute intelligently in client meetings.
• Understand, articulate, address and resolve key commercial points.
• Liaise well with third parties to ensure a comprehensive service is delivered.
• Demonstrate an understanding of relevant taxation and legal issues.
• Positively reinforce the reputation of the firm through sound professional execution of all duties.
• Comply with all requirements in respect of the firm's standard business practices and standard documentation.
• Seek to improve company standards through constructive criticism, positive feedback and looking for new ways to manage processes or present information.
Who we're looking for
You will be
• ACA / ACCA Qualified, with first time passes.
• Have a strong audit background and ideally some TS experience.
•Be an excellent communicator of ideas.
• Be a keen analytical thinker.
