The role will allow you to be fully involved in major transactions which will include acting for both public sector and private sector clients. The work may include, amongst others, advising local authorities in contractual negotiations, working with them on options for delivering projects including setting up local authority companies and/or joint venture companies.
You will also have regular contact with clients and will have responsibility for marketing and developing work through tenders and client relationships

Who we're looking for
You will be from a public sector and or projects background or have knowledge of the area.
