This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast pace and progressive organisation.
The role will be purely generalist based; on a daily basis you will be involved advising Managers on absence, disciplinary and grievances & ER issues. Additionally you will be coaching Managers on succession planning and training and development plans. You will be liaising with Area Managers working together to deliver the business strategy and promote change.
Who we're looking for
You will be from a fast pace environment and be able to hit the ground running. It is essential that you have your CIPD qualification or are working towards it. You must be outgoing and resilient and able to adapt to a changing environment.
Finally you will be an excellent communicator and confident liaising at all levels.
