You will be expected to deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer servicing, sales and transactional processing. Examples of activity could include sales of both regulated and non-regulated products and services, general servicing including complaints handling. You will be required to be authorised to undertake Regulated General Insurance Sales Activity through training within the organisation.
