The role of PR Officer is busy and varied, providing the chance to spread the word about exciting products, services and developments. Incorporating activity across the board, the main focus is on maintaining relationships with key trade press and proactively seeking editorial opportunities that position the company as the leading provider that it is.
The role also incorporates liaising with sales consultants and advisory teams as well as supporting the PR agency and Senior Press & Communications Officer with corporate and consumer-targeted press campaigns.
Who we're looking for
Well presented, confident and outgoing, you will preferably be educated to degree standard, have a strong background in media relations and PR or journalism qualifications. Copywriting and proofreading will undoubtedly be your key strengths as will the ability to organise and juggle priorities to meet tight deadlines.
