Managing a small portfolio of Key Broker Accounts your role will be to maximise lead generation and sales of Contract Hire and Leased Vehicles and other affiliated products to partners and other introducers of business.
In addition to achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI activity your targets will focus on the following:
• Achievement of mutually agreed Sales Targets through your acounts- Incremental Gross Profit and Invoiced Revenue Growth.
• Quality of relationship management and account development - Retention and Growth of the accounts in your portfolio.
• New Account Acquisition. Commencing trading with new name accounts.
The role is office based in Slough although face to face meetings with your accounts will be frequent.
Who we're looking for
An ideal candidate will be self-motivated and professional and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and account management.
Successful candidates will be required to gain and maintain a detailed working knowledge of current and future products and services. As such, applicants from an automotive or financial services/insurance background will be preferred.
All applicants with broker/third party distribution account management experience will also be of great interest.

What's on offer
Up to £23,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000)
