Acting as the interface between to Property Management Consultancy and the Client the successful candidate will be responsible for a Portfolio consisting of 15 Properties throughout the UK. Responsible for rent reviews, lease agreements, disposals and maintenance.
Who we're looking for
This role would suit an experienced Facilities Manager who have managed multiple sites, or a pure Property Portfolio Manager. You can be qualified by experience.
