We are looking to recruit a high calibre HR generalist to manage the people agenda as well as provide support to the senior management team. Your task will be to build capability, introduce best practice in people development and employment and contribute to group-wide HR strategic planning and thinking. This is a challenging and stretching opportunity which will allow the successful applicant to work in a commercially driven role in support of a changing business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have comparable experience gained in a similar environment. You will have a track record of influencing and leading change in a complex environment. You should be comfortable working at all levels of business and have the ability to address day-to-day people management issues.
Working in tandem with the HR and operations community you will ensure continued success through your HR knowledge, experience and commercial focus. Ideally, you will be a well rounded generalist who is able to set direction, drive change within the business and capable of managing a busy diary.
