Great opportunity to get involved in a pension project as well as gain more exposure to the compensation& benefits in this fast growing entertainment leisure organisation based in West London.
• You will be expected to run the pension scheme, from research to launch.
• Work closely with other compensation and benefit schemes and payroll.
• Support the HR Manager and have exposure to the generalist remit of HR.

Who we're looking for
The candidate requirements for this role are;
• Experience in pension is essential
• Compensation and benefit background is preferred
• Confident and self-efficient to bring a project together
• Credibility to work within a team
• Outgoing and fun personality
