This Legal 500 listed firm is looking to continue the strong growth of the Commercial Property team by recruiting a lawyer to help build further the broad range of commercial property work handled nationwide.
The Commercial Property department acts for charity, education, general commercial and commercial property specialist clients on work ranging from large scale developments, site acquisitions and disposals, through to more general landlord and tenant and property management issues.
Whilst based in the Bath office, there is both opportunity and encouragement to make use of the London office and travel to see clients and properties.
Who we're looking for
This vacancy has been created as a result of continued growth in the Commercial Property Team. Ilex qualified lawyers with a strong background will be considered.
Skills / Responsibilities:
• Relevant property expertise in order to represent all clients of the firm acting for charity, education, general commercial , private investor and commercial property specialist clients. Work will range from involvement in large scale developments, site acquisitions and disposals through to more general landlord and tenant and property management issues.
• Ability to assist members of the team on involved transactions and to manage own caseload.
• Good IT skills.
