Your role as a Partner Designate will be to take responsibility for a sizeable portfolio of clients; this will include:
• Portfolio management;
• Expanding the services offered to existing clients;
• Expanding the existing portfolio by attracting new clients through business and personal contacts;
• Expanding the range of services offered by the firm by developing new niches, or by developing existing specialism's;
• Generally identifying and taking opportunities to promote the firm;
• Taking a more senior role in management of the portfolio;
• Improving the performance of the portfolio;
• Taking a more active people management role;
• Ad-hoc duties.
Who we're looking for
ACA / ACCA qualified with a strong background in General Practice. You could be anything from an aspiring Manager to a Senior Manager who is ready for the step up to Partner. You must be technically strong and possess good communication skills.
