Our client, based in Surrey is looking for an International Assignments Advisor to complete the following duties:
• To provide a dedicated resource to advise on and co-ordinate all aspects of international assignments within the European region.
• To act as the main contact for transferring associates and business managers, in home and host locations.
• Assist in the implementation of a new comprehensive global policy establishing new/revised procedures and processes to complement and support the rollout.
• Organise all matters relating to international assignments such as authorisations, costings and contracts liaising with tax team and Finance as appropriate.
Who we're looking for
The successful International Assignments Advisor will possess the following qualities:
• Previous experience of International Assignments in an Advisory role.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work demands.
• A Financial Services background is preferred but not necessary.
