Reporting to the Divisional Director, the successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Senior Team ensuring they maximise the potential of their teams and create a culture where the Divisional aims are achieved. They will lead a team of HR and Development Professionals to ensure an excellent HR service is delivered to the Division. They will develop and deliver the HR Strategy which is closely aligned to the business strategy and they will advise on strategic HR matters and any complex operational HR issues which have been escalated from the team. They will lead organisational design and change activities and will ensure there is a culture of People Development, underpinned by the relevant activities.
Who we're looking for
A highly credible Senior HR Professional, you will have proven track record of operating within a large Blue Chip organisation. You will inspire others and will have previously led large HR teams. You will be of Graduate Calibre with MCIPD and the intellect and gravitas to operate as part of the senior team.
