• Support the organisational goals and strategic direction and support the Telemarketing strategy by managing campaign performance to profitably including brand loyalty, customer satisfaction and earnings per customer contact. Utilise best-practice telemarketing methods and industry standards in pursuit of marketing objectives and compliance with relevant industries guidelines and regulations.
• Implement our clients strategy through all telephony channels, as directed, including Inbound customer calls toour client and their clients Customer Service teams though effective management of client relationship at their call centres and their external Telephony vendors. To coordinate and drive campaign performance and execution at each external vendor and to constantly look for and implement opportunities to drive campaign performance i.e. Sales
• Evaluation and ongoing monitoring and management of external client based call operations
• Liaison with key suppliers (including any in-house suppliers) who enhance our clients telemarketing effectiveness
• Regular travel between sites in the UK and international locations.
Who we're looking for
• Strong knowledge in telemarketing or call centre operations
• Client facing or vendor facing experience
• Proven Excel PowerPoint and Word skills
• Proven telemarketing campaign planning skills
• Telemarketing campaign and data analysis skills to drive performance change
• Specialisation in at least one of the following - OBTM, Inbound, VRU (IVR) marketing
• Working knowledge of call centre technologies desirable
• Call centre training experience desirable
• Exposure to more than one telemarketing channel desirable
