This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager to drive a progressive business forward.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative learning and development strategies in order to support the business plans. You will interface and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure effective delivery of the strategies and ensure that all new training and development initiatives support the company values.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for this role will come from a Contact Centre background and be used to operating in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
You will have a proven record in designing and delivering best practise training standards and have excellent coaching and development skills.
You will have an understanding of managing customer relationships and have exceptional communication skills.
