This is a field based role where you will own and drive the resourcing activity across the London region. Your key responsibilities will be linked to succession planning and manpower and you will work with the regional HR managers in developing recruitment plans that meet the needs of the business.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have proven track record of delivering resourcing advice ideally within a Retail or Leisure environment.You mustbe a strong influencer and communicator with excellent communication skills. You will have experience of building manpower solutions as well as succession planning. You have to have a driving licence.
