Co-ordination of the warehouse and despatch function in compliance with GMP and safety standards, ensuring customer service is optimisedand inventory accuracy is at above 98%.
Manage the warehouse function including distribution activities from site directly into the European Distribution network.
Ensure compliance to GMP and Safety requirements to meet all internal and external quality standards.
Management and co-ordination of warehouse staff and ensuring they are adequately trained and qualified to support the manufacturing function.
Control goods receipt, identification placement and all other materials movements.
Create a positive environment of continuous improvement and best practice.
Plan, communicate and implement changes to improve safety, cGMP compliance, wastage and utilisation within the department.
Guide other departments in inventory related issues.
Who we're looking for
The right candidate will:
• have an excellent proven track record in an FMCG Warehouse Management role.
• have a sound working knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• be fully conversant with Standard Operating Procedures methodology and awareness of cGMP.
• proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and email/diary systems.
