You will already be an Area Manager in a fast passed customer focused non food organisation,working in Central belt area.You will have an excellent proven track record in a target driven environment and be able to excel when working under pressure.

You will probably be described by your team as a 'people person' and you will have a natural flair for leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing area profit and loss
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Recruiting, training and developing store managers
• Controlling stock and minimising stock losses
You will have a track record of success in a sales driven arena and will be keen to step up with a progressive and successful company.
