Market Research Manager

Purpose of the Role:
• Provide clear insights into the market and identify opportunities to grow the business.

• Perform market research, using primary and secondary research, to understand market trends and dynamics
• Carrying out market research and present findings using in-house research software.
• Design and commission market research projects to support key aspects of the business including; brand, customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
• Create key insights for sales and product marketing based on research and analysis of market size, shape and market penetration.
• Competitor analysis.
• Market and territory analysis
• Create insights of key trends and market opportunities for key customers.

Who we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience, possibly with an agency background.
• Strong market research background
• Strong analytical skills
• Strategic thinker
• People management & influencing skills.
• Confident in presenting research and communicating key messages
• Appreciation of automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
