As the Area Development Manager for the South East you will be responsible for the achievement of sales objectives and the efficient and compliant operation of a designated group of branches through the development of people in a positive and goal orientated culture.

Who we're looking for
Your key responsibilities will be :
• To meet and exceed defined business objectives in the Area through the effective management of managers and staff
• To formulate and implement clear plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring that the Society's sales process is implemented in all outlets
• To instil a customer care philosophy within the Area in order to deliver and maintain a first class level of customer service at all times
• To create and maintain an environment in which all staff are continually developing and improving their knowledge, skills and professionalism. The development of high performing flexible teams is a key requirement
• To create a "can-do" culture within procedures to achieve desired outcome and goals
• To challenge existing practices and methods, proposing solutions to provide a competitive advantage for the business
• To promote the Society within local communities and provides help and guidance to branches in building long standing business relationships

Being CEMAP qualified is not essential but highly desired
