This is a fabulous opportunity for an HR Manager in a well known High Street brand. The role will be very much generalist based, you will be in a single storeproviding advise and guidance for over 200 employees.The advise you will be giving will be on absence, disciplinary & grievance, recruitment and training.
Who we're looking for
You will have worked in a fast pace environment, ideally customer facing. You will have a strong generalist background and be up to date with legislation and employment law.
You will be an excellent communicator and be able to work on your own initiative and motivate others.
