Our Client seeks to recruit a construction solicitor to join their thriving team in Guildford. Candidates should have experience of both contentious and non contentious construction work . Clients range from FTSE 100 companies to owner managed businesses and the main areas of work are:
• Construction Litigation in the TCC
• Adjudications
• Negotiation of construction warranties bonds and appointments etc
• Advising banks, investors and property developers on methods of procurement purchases and development finance
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person who is able to develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent academics required together with experience with major London or national firms. You will have a confident personality and be good at developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
