Working within the London Head Officer, the Resourcing Advisor will recruit specifically for buyers and merchandisers across the retail business. As well as managing the day to day recruitment by using agencies, online advertising and your expanding network, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in some company wide projects. Such projects include reviewing and standardising recruitment processes across the business, coaching and developing managers in competency based interviewing and of course, reducing agency spend. You will be responsible for all recruitment up to management level and will manage up to 25 roles at any one time within the London head office.
Who we're looking for
From a retail background, you will have experience of recruiting for head office roles, ideally buying and merchandising. You will be highly motivated, be driven by success and have excellent organisation and communication skills. Experience of running assessment centres, competency based interviewing and implementing projects is essential.
