This is a fabulous role for an HR professional who is looking to further their career within an exciting and developing HR team. Supporting staff within the head office functions, this role will have a focus on employee relations. Other key areas include HR projects, pay and reward, succession planning and retention planning. You will work closely with the other head office support units including learning and development and resourcing.
Who we're looking for
From a head office background, you will enjoy working in a varied and challenging role. You must be able to demonstrate experience of handling complex employee relations experience within a demanding client group. You will have impeccable communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business.
