This is an excellent role for an experienced recruiter who is looking to further develop their career with a recognised UK retail business. Based from the head office in central London, you will work in partnership with the regionally based Human Resources Business Partners to deliver a first class recruitment service. Assisting with high volume campaigns, the Resourcing Advisor will provide solutions and implement projects within your business areas.
Who we're looking for
You will currently be operating in a highly responsive, retail organisation. As an experienced Resourcing Advisor already, you must have experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns across multi sites and up to senior management level. Your CV will also demonstrate projects you have led on and rolled out successfully. You will have a creative approach to recruiting and be able to use low cost methods effectively.

What's on offer
Between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience
