Working within the Treasury & Corporate Finance department and reporting to the head of Treasury & Corporate Finance, the key responsibilities of the role are:
• Responsibility for day-to-day loans administration and operation of the Treasury & Corporate Finance function.
• To involve the administration of the company's corporate and portfolio debt facilities, liaising with external debt providers and internal Finance function.
• Supporting the processes for on-going debt raising within the business unit.
• Delivering improvements in the control environment as appropriate.
You will also:
• Manage day-to-day loans administration for Corporate Finance & Treasury, liaising with finance and external debt counterparties.
• Manage procedures to fulfil the contractual reporting requirements of the company's loan facilities and monitor compliance with debt covenants.
• Manage processes for the completion of future debt raising, including procuring of any required consents, liaising with rating agencies and assisting in the obtaining credit ratings, liaison with Banks in respect of the agency, accounts and swaps and arranging bank novations.
• Liaise with rating agencies for the annual reviews on projects.
• Liaise with banks in managing loan drawdowns, servicing of debt obligations and movements in and out of controlled bank accounts for company's loan facilities.
• Provide support to finance for accounting.
• Assist in transactional support as required.

Who we're looking for
You will be technically competent, numerate and have good computer skills (Excel, Word). You will also be able to work to tight deadlines and have previously dealt with loans administration. Ideally you will have previously worked in a Corporate Finance environment and have had exposure to both treasury management systems and legal contracts.
