My client are a world renowned professional services firm with a fantastic reputation for excellence in the market place. They are currently looking for an assistant director to join their applications development team. You will be responsible for managing development efforts of projects dealing with global applicationswith the aid of 4 programmers under your direct responsibility. The position will require constant liaising with business heads with the need for business analysis and project management to result in solution deployment. In addition,you will be expected to maintain an outstanding lever of service to the business while developing the team at the same time.

Who we're looking for
Advanced understanding of Application Development
Create, develop & manage projects according to proven methodology
Refined interpersonal & client facing skills
Agood ofunderstanding of Domino Server (Highly desirable but not essential)
Experience dealing with sophisticated .NET commands
Comfortable working in a multi domain environment
Practical project management experience
The ideal candidate will come from a programming/development background, however this is not essential.
