Working within a team, the interim HR Manager will be required to offer expert guidance and advice to all tiers of management on HR best practice, in accordance with Company policy and current employment legislation.You will be expected to encourage and support effective employee relations, ensure recruitment of the highest calibre applicants to suit the requirements of the business and design, facilitate and deliver expert training for operational management. Working knowledge of TUPE, change management and performance through a competency framework will be essential.
