As an Insolvency Professional within the practice, your role will be to run Personal Insolvency cases from start to finish.You will manage your own portfolio of cases and be confident and organised in your approach to work. A strong understanding of insolvency legislation is a must as, is the flexibility to travel to client premises to provide an advisory service.
Some of your duties will include
• organising and preparing all statutory paperwork
• maintaining and developing relationships with creditors and debtors
• significant use of IPS
• a small amount of sequestration work
• carrying out and completing all legal documentation
• review of cases on a regular basis
Who we're looking for
You will be a confident and proactive individual currently working in a busy insolvency practice who is looking for the next step in their career. If you have the ambition to further your professional development support and funding will be provided for CPI/JIEB examinations.
