Brand new role - my client is a global Professional services firm based in London. Working for the Business Change Manager you will work on all change projects within the company. This is a new role offering you the chance for high visibility within the company. You will sit between the business and IT and will have strong communication skills to help facilitate all major IT related change projects such as ERP rollouts, implementations and any new IT initiatives.
You will have excellent people management and communication skills, be keen to take on lots of responsibility and be bale to work closely with senior stakeholders. In return this role offers you a great deal of autonomy and exposure to the senior management
Who we're looking for
• Excellent inter-personal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write concise and accurate documentation.
• Successful track record of change delivery on technology related projects at all levels.
• Track record of change management deliverables such as stakeholder analysis, change management strategy, impact analysis and communication plan.
• Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Capacity to learn and assimilate information quickly.
• Logical thinker.
• Can-do attitude.
Desirable
• Formal background in Change Management or Business Analysis.
• Experience of working in an agile development environment
